Monitoring data (logs) can be really useful to see which section of your website is used the most, or where you customers are, and how they are viewing your website.
We can help you look at what data you would like to know. Then we can advise how to install and config the correct software, or how to get access to server logs and make them make sense.
Ongoing Support
We've all experienced those issues where no one will take control or action to fix them.
So being able to turn to Support is important to help keep ones mind.
We can cover just about every area of web development with our many years of experience to call upon. Though if for whatever reason we are unable to provide you with helpful information, we will quickly say so. But then provide you with advice as to what might be a good next step.
Tailored Maintenance
We can offer a tailored Maintenance Cover for your website that fits your needs.
This could be a fixed fee monthly cover or a Pay-as-you-go option.
As we don't think its possible to fit a round peg into a square hole, or to pay for things you do not need, it makes sense to understand your requirements and to build on from there.
This allows you to have a web developer as part of you team but only for the hours you really require.
General Support
We also offer general support from our website contact form.
Sometimes depending on the question and the fix needed, we might even provide free advise or tips (just don't tell the boss!). Otherwise we will outline the steps needed along with a clear outline of any costs to provide a solution.
Which will allow you to take time and see how and when you want to move forward.

Regular maintenance is a website necessity which we offer on either a monthly/yearly basis, giving you priority access to an agreed amount of time per month.
We also have a maintenance Pay-as-you-go option, though this does not guarantee immediate availability as a maintenance slot wait may be up to 3 days.
